Orders and Shipping
We ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays). Orders are downloaded from 6.30pm every business day and most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed, unless there are exceptional circumstances.It takes 2 bussiness days for UK deliveries by Royal Mail and 2-7 business days by DHL Express depending on the Country of destination.
You can create an account on Checkout before proceeding to the Payment Gateway.
If you login to “My Account” you can change your address and other details on your profile.

No. We don’t keep Credit Card information on the website. Transactions are done by either Paypal or Stripe.
We do not charge Tax/Vat at this time.
We ship to any country in the World.
Unless some item on your order is Out of Stock and placed on backorder, all the items in your order will be together in one package.

Returns and Exchanges
If you return a Product to us un-opened and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you, a full refund will be given when the goods have been received, less the shipping costs and any other costs incurred due to the return.
If we have made a mistake on the order we will rectified it at our cost. If it was a mistake on your part the returns policy above will apply.
If your order arrived damaged you can contact us by email and providing us with any proof of the damage by means of pictures or the like and we will replace the damaged itemsat our cost.

We endeavour to answer within 24 hours.
In the event of lost mail due to incorrect address details being provided, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs (if applicable). In addition, you will be liable for any return fees charged to us by the courier (if applicable). We will endeavour to recover the parcel though and try to contact the person who accepted the delivery on your belhalf.
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by sending us an email before we have dispatched the Products or started to perform the Services (as the case may be); or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched, by returning the un-opened goods to us in accordance with clause 8 of our Terms and Conditions
Yes. You can pre-order any item that is Out of Stock.
We will notify you when is back in stock so you can purchase it on the website.
